Leslie joined Ravix Group in 2014 having worked with a wide variety of Silicon Valley companies in numerous industries including life sciences, hardware/software, SaaS, and professional services, with companies ranging in size from just one to more than 30,000 employees.
A seasoned generalist with more than 25 years of hands-on Human Resources experience, Leslie’s expertise includes regulatory compliance, benefits administration, payroll, compensation, performance management, employee relations, worker classification and staffing. Her particular experience with start-ups is most appreciated by Ravix’ earliest stage clients who rely on team members who can wear multiple hats and understand the importance of cost effective solutions.
In addition to serving her clients, Leslie is responsible for business development, overseeing assignment of Ravix’ HR Consulting team members to clients, and advising Ravix with regard to the firm’s own HR operations.
Leslie completed her studies in Journalism at Chico State, earned a certificate in HR Management from UCSC Extension, and holds both SPHR as well as SHRM-SCP certifications. Prior to joining Ravix Group, Leslie developed her career in companies including Seagate Technology and KPMG, as well as a number of entrepreneurial start-ups in the life science and SaaS sectors.
When not serving clients, Leslie is an amateur gourmet and loves to share her culinary endeavors, and also enjoys travel, music and theater when time permits.
Leslie Crouch, a seasoned HR professional at Ravix Group, Inc. since 2014, specializes in strategic human resources for startups and mid-sized companies. Prior to joining Ravix Group, Leslie honed her skills in contingent workforce compliance as an HR Services Manager at ICon Professional Services LLC. Her robust experience also includes a stint as an independent consultant, providing comprehensive HR services, and earlier roles at Cardica, Inc., and KPMG LLP. Leslie’s expertise in performance management, employee relations, and compensation analysis is integral to her approach, focusing on developing HR frameworks that foster operational excellence in innovative startup environments.
